The Company has developed and expanded its business by continuously undertaking the large scale projects as follows:

1998

  • The Company registration was established on 20 Nov. 1998.

2005

  • The Company was initially listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) under the trading name of “TRC” on 22 Dec. 2005.

2006

Songkla Transmission Pipeline

2007

  • Acquisition Sahakarn Wisavakorn Co., Ltd. as subsidiary by share swap
  • Investment in Ratchaploen Co., Ltd.

2008

Bangchak Biodiesel Plant -Phase I

2009

  • EPC for Flow Line in Sultanate of Oman
  • Consortium with Siemens for EPC and Commissioning of the Revamp Onshore Compressor Station No.1

2010-2011

Gulf’s 7SPP and IPP Gas Pipeline

2011

  • Ubon-Bio Ethanol
  • PTTAR-IRPC Multiproduct Pipeline

2012

GUT Gas Pipeline

2013

  • The Company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the real estate and construction industry sector of the real estate development category on 23 Apr. 2013.

2014

  • The Stock Exchange of Thailand placed the Company’s securities in the construction services category since 2 Jan. 2014.

2015

    • 1st Transmission Pipeline Life Extension (28” Recoating Section)
    • Srinakarin to Romklao Road
  • Koh Samui Water Works Expansion

2017

    • The Company’s stocks became qualified for the calculation of SET Index – an index representing price movements of common stocks of public companies and comply with requirements regarding the distribution of shares to minor shareholders.

2023

    • The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2023 on 27 November 2023 approved the increase of the Company’s registered capital

2024

    • The Company has already registered the change of the paid-up capital with DBD which changed from 1,198 MB. to 1,497 MB. on 1 February 2024
