TRC cooperates with SINOHYDRO for ASEAN Potash Mining Project and develops their partnerships to become the strategic partner for stability of the business growth

Bangkok : 28 March, 2018, - TRC Construction Plc. or “TRC” and SINOHYDRO Co., Ltd. or “SINOHYDRO” had reached the agreement to establish TRC-SINOHYDRO Joint Venture to sign the construction contract of the surface processing plant & facilities for ASEAN Potash Mining Project in Bamnet Narong District, Chaiyaphum Province, Thailand owned by ASEAN Potash Chaiyaphum Public Co., Ltd. or “APOT”.  In 2016, TRC obtained the letter of award for the captioned works with work value of 30 billion Baht.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Thai) Public Co., Ltd  “ICBC (Thai)” was appointed to advise on the selection of Engineering Procurement and Construction “EPC” partner for TRC from China. “ICBC (Thai)” has recommended some potential candidates for TRC which shows it wide network in China and high efficiency. During the selection the final target partner, ICBC (Thai) work very closely and professionally to demonstrate its capabilities. After an extensive selection process involving several top named candidates, SINOHYDRO was selected to be the EPC Partner for TRC.

The signing ceremony for the joint venture agreement under the name of TRC-SINOHYDRO Joint Venture will be held at Centara Grand Ladprao on 28 March, 2018.
